This Commitment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Neuro-Mind Leadership Program], hereinafter referred to as the "Program," and [Customer who signs on this agreement], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, the Program offers a comprehensive neuro-mind leadership development program designed for personal development using different mental efficiency micro-habits, mindfulness practices, guided meditations and binaural beats music, self-hypnosis;

WHEREAS, the Program provides suggestions, techniques, and practices that can be employed by the Customer to improve work or lifestyle;

WHEREAS, the Program acknowledges that the suggestions provided are optional and the Customer has the freedom to accept or reject any practice or technique as they see fit;

WHEREAS, the Program emphasizes that the Customer should seek advice from their healthcare provider or any other appropriate professional before engaging in any practices or techniques proposed within the Program;

WHEREAS, the Program has made the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available to the Customer, and the Customer has read, understood, and agreed to abide by those terms;

WHEREAS, the Program may use some YouTube resources to share methods only for reference. Customers can choose anything similar to that, and we only share the link to teach designing their days, which requires multiple practices for the mind and brain. These are only suggestions. The purpose is to learn and apply healthy micro-habits that provide mental breaks to help neurotransmitter recovery. The Program is not responsible for the information provided in the links as they are not affiliated with our business nor do we get any profit from recommending their YouTube channels as examples only;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Acknowledgment of Optional Nature: The Customer acknowledges that all suggestions, techniques, and practices provided by the Program are optional and they have the freedom to accept or reject any practice or technique without any obligation.

2. Consultation with Healthcare Provider: The Customer agrees that before engaging in any practices or techniques proposed within the Program, they will consult with their healthcare provider or any other appropriate professional to ensure that such practices or techniques are suitable for their individual needs and health condition.

3. Personal Responsibility: The Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own health, well-being, and decision-making regarding the implementation of any practices or techniques suggested by the Program.

4. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: The Customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy provided by the Program, and they consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability: The Customer understands and agrees that the Program, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Program, even if the Program has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Program and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
