Please read the full content of the Intensive Productivity & Focus Coaching Program below. This program outlines the structure, commitments, and important notices related to your coaching journey with Fata Leila Pezeshk.

Program Objective:
This program aims to improve focus, mental clarity, and emotional regulation while reducing reliance on nicotine and managing energy throughout the final exam period. It supports students experiencing mild ADHD symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or cognitive fatigue and helps them sustain performance without crashing.

This coaching program has been created with awareness that the client is currently prescribed Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), which is commonly used for ADHD. In young adults (e.g., age 21), this medication may present side effects such as:Emotional effects: irritability, anxiety, or mood swingsBehavioral effects: difficulty sleeping, restlessness, or impulsivityPhysical effects: reduced appetite, increased heart rate, fatigue reboundBecause these symptoms can influence focus, energy, and emotional stability, a symptom checklist will be provided and monitored throughout the program. This will be used alongside the daily schedule to help maintain neural energy balance and reduce the risk of burnout during study preparation.

Payment Agreement

The client, residing in Canada, agrees to pay CA$900 for the 4-week Intensive Productivity & Focus Coaching Program, beginning on May 12. Payment may be made in full or in installments, but must be completed within the first two weeks of the program (by May 26). The program will officially conclude on June 9.If additional support is needed, the program may be extended upon mutual agreement, with a separate extension fee discussed and confirmed prior to continuation.

Commitment

The client agrees to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions

  • Follow the provided daily study and energy management schedule

  • Use the checklists and tools as assigned

  • Monitor and report any symptoms or side effects consistently

  • Be responsive and communicate openly to ensure timely support

  • Remain dedicated and committed to the program structure as planned

  • Reply promptly to messages and show up to scheduled coaching calls on time

Facilitator Commitment:

Fata Leila Pezeshk agrees to:

  • Provide neuroscience-based techniques tailored to the client’s needs

  • Monitor and support progress with care and confidentiality

  • Adjust the plan when needed based on client feedback and behavior

  • Offer emotional encouragement and habit-building strategies throughout

Confidentiality & Ethics

All client information will remain private and confidential. This program does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. The client retains full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Sessions missed without 24-hour advance notice will be considered completed

  • No refunds will be issued once the program has started

  • Sessions may be rescheduled during the program window if coordinated in advance

  • Tools for managing cravings during high-stress study periods

  • Live Coaching Sessions

    • Week 1–2: Three 20-minute sessions every other day for foundational setup

    • Week 3–4: One 60-minute session per week, based on progress

    • Tailored troubleshooting and motivational support included

  • Daily Monitoring & Micro-Support

    • Checklist to track focus, energy levels, cravings, and Vyvanse-related symptoms

    • Daily check-in system to encourage consistent action and self-awareness

    • Optional direct message support for quick questions or accountability
