Refund Policy: All purchases for the Services are final and non-refundable.

Ownership: All content provided through the Site and Services, including videos, text, worksheets, and proprietary methods (the "Program Materials"), is the exclusive intellectual property of MindOzone, protected by U.S. copyright laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only for the duration of the Service term. You are expressly forbidden from sharing, distributing, selling, or creating derivative works from the Program Materials.

4. User Conduct and Community Guidelines You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Share content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Use any community forum to solicit, advertise, or poach other members for commercial purposes.
Infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDOZONE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

8. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate: You and MindOzone agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that you may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services at any time, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms.

10. General Provisions & Contact Information These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between you and MindOzone.
