The Story Starts Here;

In 2017 Leila Pezeshk decided to resign from her dreamed job and take a new path in her career. A challenging transition from being an employee to self-employment was the best choice for her after her new role as a mother. Motherhood exposed her to an ocean of many new insights. She decided to expand her professional experience as an Aerospace Q.E, improving the quality of systems and products to enhancing the quality of mind-body health of workers.

She designed a well-being process that incorporated her eighteen years of professional experiences and her personal journey of self-realization into a new profound program that can help many people to improve their mental state, physical strength, and optimize mind-body energy; a program she hopes one day everyone access to at their workplaces. Ms. Pezeshk recognized the power of self-healing techniques from her focus group conducted in 2018 while helping her relatives who were suffering from various ailments, including smoking addiction, chronic stress, and anxiety. In 2019 she decided to expand the benefits of self-care skills and self-healing to the community so she conducted a focus study on her new wellbeing design. The success rate was remarkable, with volunteers raising their energy level (productivity and focus) and reducing stress levels after 20 minutes of using the self-directed program. She had personally experienced the need for an on-site stress management tool at workplaces in several organizations during her 18 years serving as an employee, but later she extended the value of this self-care to people in their private lives so the society as a whole would have a positive effect.
